Newborn

Newborn photography is one of my favourite sessions! As a mother I know how fast our babies grow, to capture those first weeks of life is so important for new parents. As a photographer I get to freeze time by photographing those perfect moments!

I ensure all my clients are happy and relaxed during my sessions. All my photoshoots are simple and natural, all babies are put into comfortable, minimal positions to get those picture perfect shots.

Your newborn session lasts from 1-2 hours depending on which package you choose, during this time I will photograph your baby in simple poses (awake or asleep); which will include me using different props, outfits and wraps.

I recommend booking your session anytime after your 16/20 week scan. But I do get a lot of last minute bookings so don't hesitate to contact me.

I book newborn sessions a WEEK after baby is due, then we work around that date. I am very flexible changing the session if you go over your due date or baby arrives early.

The sooner the better! I recommend booking your session within the first two weeks of baby being born, the younger they are the easier it is for the session to flow smoothly.

You don't need to bring too much with you to a newborn session just baby and plenty of milk (if bottle feeding). I provide all outfits, props and wraps. However I always encourage parents to bring anything they would like in images, for example a teddy or a certain outfit they might love.

Firstly I do a little preview for you on the day or the day after your session. I then upload all your images (with a slight edit) to a gallery for you to view; then you will favourite the images you would like and I will then edit those images and send you your final gallery.

This process can take 1-2 weeks depending.
